SEVEN STONES STAYS

Bath towel were not given, TV not working. Even after informing many times management didn’t care. It’s really terrible experience. The bed in deluxe room is so small. The sheets were not very clean. The bathroom also not that great with faulty pipes. No room service and no workers aura there — it’s not worth to stay. The room was stuffy, AC remote was not working… we could not change the temperature … the water taps were all rusty. Smelly room, full of mosquitoes Location is fine but cleanliness could be improved… value for money seems off.

Nice infrastructure and maintenance. The owner is so kind, and there are hotels and shops nearby to this hotel, so it'll be so easy to buy food or anything needed.

First thing,, customer wants to treat a better way because they are not providing at-least towel also and we booked with breakfast but they are providing just a single food ( semiya) only, breakfast means at-least 3 items are providing by other all hotels and service appartments. I never expect like this. Hardly very bad experience to me.

It was a good stay. The cost was good considering the location and there are shops and restaurants nearby. There were few issues with plugs but nothing big. I would recommend this place.

Close to the bus stop nearly 5 min of walk, room was neat but bathroom towel was not provided. Easy check in and check out.

The room was stuffy, ac remote was not working, they switched on the ac by using a different remote from another room and i could not change the temperature and was feeling cold the whole night my daughter health deteriorated and she caught cold, the water taps were all rusty. But the experience was not at all good. There was not a table also where we could have some food together

Excellent stay and friendly staffs. Warm reception and very helpful. All amenities are available near by the stay.

The room balcony door doesn’t lock; i was a single lady and hence felt a little worried. Rest all good.

The owner hasn't provided extra cot for the booking also he hasn't provided the complimentary breakfast

Very bad experience, i booked two room’s apartment with lobby kitchen, but the owner of the property provided us only one room he denied us to use kitchen and lobby, washroom is in very bad condition, smelly room, full of mosquitoes,

During my stay at seven stone stays i found that the room was in good condition and the staff was attentive.

I have stayed for 4 days and it was very comfortable. The rooms have all the facilities listed. Overall it was very satisfying.

Cot is not comfortable. Need more cleanliness. Ac is not working at expected level. Towel is not there. Some strains in blankets also. Have to improve toilet cleanliness. Use toilet cleaner to improve cleanliness. Rent is over for that room i think. For that level of amount need to improve overall things.
