It was horrible. The address was wrong, the name of the hotel was wrong. I was not able to contact hotel for long time. I was not able to talk to makemytrip customer care after multiple attempts. Room was very small and cramped

businessThe property was not at all clean, rooms were dirty, and no facilities were provided. The property staff was very much unprofessional, rude, they are not even bothered about the guests. Worst experience ever.
