Pearl Palace Heritage

This is a great hotel in the mid range. The USP are the rooms with Rajasthani architecture. The staff are very polite and helpful. The location is easily accessible. They don’t have an in-house restaurant but they do provide very good room service from a nearby restaurant, so no complaints on that. Highly recommend this hotel.

The place was very nice with good inside view and architech inside. Place is walkable from station and city palace Nahargarh are nearby only. We visited in winter so it was cold there. The had free evening tea service but its served with tea bag. Only thing I didnt like was- The bathroom cleaning products provided by them were refilled instead of new one though the bottles used were of Biotique. Medikit provided was worst.

The breakfast is excellent and one can choose 3 items from the menu. no restaurant, but one can order from nearby restaurant. property is in a residential area and not on main road.

Amazing ambience. Each room is uniquely decorated. Loved the interiors and cleanliness. I find the service exceptional. Hotel staff was able to accommodate request for late checkout. Perfect for travelers to explore jaipur city. Nearby restaurants. Hotel owned peacock restaurant is excellent. Overall it made our jaipur visit memorable and would stay here for future visits.

I really felt very good staying at pearl palace heritage hotel, jaipur. It was one of the best experience i ever had. The ambience of the hotel is too rich looking & felt very regal. The property have different themed rooms each one having its own beauty. The room service and cleanliness was very good. Especially don't miss the morning breakfast option in make my trip. The breakfast was awesome.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff was also excellent. They supported us very well. The decor of the hotel is very good.

Room was good but no restaurant so make sure you have enough of food arrangement with you. Nothing extraordinary.

This place comes with basic amenities, the front staff is attentive, breakfast served on time, location is close by railway station. But, the rooms can be a bit larger, the room service / cleaning service can be better, and in-house restaurant with a better spread or buffet options for break fast or dinner would have fetched a better rating from me.

Excellent service

The place could have been better in terms of lighting, very dull lighting throughout. Wifi doesn't work in the bed area, only works near the door area around sofa. There are areas where outside people can peep through and is not acceptable. However the reception staff and attendants were very nice and helpful

It’s a quaint property where the building looks like a haveli and the rooms have a unique design element of its own. Good for folks transiting via jaipur. Don’t expect much. The breakfast was good though you need to mention what you need a night before. It’s close to the railway station and most of the tourist attractions. They have a great restaurant called peacock which is a 5 minute walk away. Worth a try. Downside was that they had no hot water in our room despite multiple complaints. Don’t expect that from any property where you pay 10k a night. Poorly handled as they did not seem to care

The hotel was good but hot water in bathroom not available. No driver accomodation.
