location is ok. But it is too overpriced. There are no options for food much. amenities & service is sheer average. Overall, the experience is not at all good.

All the facilities are good and with the family. Family staying is good and cooperative staff and with behaving with good is nice

As per online reviews and photos of hotel samjhana, There was good option to choose it and price was too high in this category even though facilities was poor, there was poor room service manager told there is lack of staff , not proper geyser service and it is controlled by manager, no daily room cleanliness and change of bedsheet only once at the time of check in. There is no welcome kit like sealed water, coffee/tea setup, ro water bottle was available at dirty inside like red iron water. I paid near 10k for 3 night but manger not given me spacious room with Mountain View, when I object manager told me not available and this is partial view room even I booked deluxe room with Mountain View. When I entered room I found bared plastic chair, bared cub board like shop, flooring was in bad condition carpet was not affix properly. Overall experience for this hotel samjhana is poor with lots of headache and level of this hotel is like ancient and backward thinking. I will not recommend any body to stay here.

Everything was good including food..Staff members were also very good..But network was very bad even their wifi was also not working properly..

location not good for elderly person. located in a basti area, dirty locality, very steff ride, so-called near Mall and market. I ate thali menu, satisfactory home like preparation, hygienic and room service. My room was okay, clean with normal amenities but bathroom was very small, not able to bath properly. staff cooperative, management helpful, hindi speaking. car cannot reach to hotel.You have to drop at watch tower more, than move about half kilometre to reach at the hotel, although hotel staff came to carry luggage.

The pros: location, cleanliness, partial view of the mountains, staff behaviour, taste of the food. Con: The interior decoration of the room was not up to the mark. The table, chairs and the racks looked very cheap. Other than this, the hotel stay was good.

Its not like a hotel room. They dont have any wardrobe, electricity was not there for whole time. Service is ok...

This is a brand new hotel - everything is new - from linen to curtains. No issue of hygiene. Location wise it is perfect - 2 minutes walk from mall road. Staff is excellent - courteous and willing to serve whenever asked. But the best thing of this hotel is the awesome mountain views from its windows. Food is delicious and hygienic in very low price. Fully recommend.
