Poor Rooms terrible service bad experience no food facility

the stay was good excellent services with excellent and hygiene rooms, the staff was good and cooperative.

The stay was excellent. The staff was super duper helpful and friendly. They provided all the materials which i asked for. Also the premises were hygienic.

Very poor condition, wash room water not available, bed with bugs, locality is not good near to slum type area

Under this budget, that was a great stay. Staff are very cooperative. Great hotel under that area of sectors.

The hostel was good, staff was so cooperative and polite. The room and bathroom were clean near the bus stand around 1km. Govt. The bus was found near the main road. Must recommend

The rooms were good, especially when you consider pricing of them. There were some questionable stains on the provided linen, but nothing too jarring or borderline un-hygienic. Such bumps are to be expected when staying at budget hotels. No dedicated kitchen/buffet services, but they did have third party food services available on an immediate basis. Good bathrooms, no hot water in the shower though. The location is not good, it lies smack in the middle of a slum, uber/ola drivers need to be picked up from the main road, the roads near the hotel are too cramped.

The hotel room was neat and clean but the blankets and pillow covers were very dirty also their tv was not working and the phone for room service was not working i stayed in this hotel for 2 days and but on the day when i had to checkout from the room the geezer was not working. Apart from this the hotel staff was very helpful and polite.

Sir man i had already cancel-led my booking but i didn’t get any message regarding cancellation or refunding. Are you going to resolve my issue or not ?

The propert location is good. The room is neat and clean. Main entrance and passage area are stunning. And the special thing, staff are too good as well. Very polite nature and supportive.

Everything was very good from every site, only issue of car parking otherwise everything was excellent.

Room mai pani toh hota hai pani be paiso ka aur room condition so poor

It has nice rooms and ambience. Staff at reception was also good. But the locality wasn't good at all. Too messy roads. No proper parking area. And at night it was noisy in the hotel.

Very bad room low standard lot of smell
