Hotel Hill Top Mall Road

Property is old of construction but it's location is very high point and so it's not comfortable for old persons Facilities provided are just average and ok

Hotel entry gate is horrible and no light is there, room not clean properly, no kitchen facilities, in morning time no water available so my comments is horrible stay.

It's fine and with lots of fun , i and my family fully enjoyed shimla trip .

It was a great stay for four days, the staff proved timely, all queries are outstanding, the hotel is hilltop Shimla, , I will come again when I get a chance thanku.

The location is easily traceable, the food is good and service is awesome. everything is good. Mall road, railway station etc nearest to this hotel.

Clean rooms, very good and polite staff, good co operation, provide car to receive and tour also with reasonable price.

Behavior of the staff was bad. We have climb a hill having somany steps to reach the room. Due low atmospheric temperature, I requested for a kettle. But not given. No restaurant. Not even possible to get a single tea. I do not recommend this hotel to any travellers

Property is near the mall road but location of hotel rooms is very terrible. Chaild and old-age paron can't be reach there so mutch stairs are there. Food facilities are not upto the marks they have a small kitchen with minimum facility. People are supported, good only for budget traveller.

Hotel was in higher elevation level, so difficult to reach and out. Hotel room was good but bathroom needs more hygiene. Staff are cordial and gentle.
