Dune Mansion Calve

Good service, decent food, we were pretty satisfied. Breakfast was complimentary. The options were a bit less and repetitive. For example, they served idly, pongal and vada. Instead of idly they could have served something like a poori, making it less redundant. But the quality of food was good.

Team needs staffing. Service suffers due to lack of staff in what is otherwise a lovely Dune Mansion Calve Needs TV! Not enough blankets and pillows in a family room! At this price, needs better in room facilities, room service and food to be available round the clock Great heritage property. But need to get some basics of hospitality right.

We stayed for 2 nights there. It is a wonderfully maintained Dune Mansion Calve in the heritage district, walking distance from everything of interest in Pondicherry. The breakfast, though simple, is of excellent quality and the staff, courteous. We really liked our stay there.

It's nice Dune Mansion Calve in a quite place but when I checked in there were no guest at the Dune Mansion Calve . Nice breakfast. The air-conditioner was not working the second day, should be a good place if there are lot of guests.

Good value for money. The place is almost a 150 years old and the decor is pretty well done to reflect that heritage. The breakfast was homely and well done. Service from the manager and his crew was excellent.

Hotel was quite and peaceful. The staff was good, didn't bother us much even when we did late check-out and they were helpful. The breakfast was OK and location was convenient.

It's a nice place which needs to improve it's breakfast.
It's a nice old house. It's in middle of heritage town. It's very close to main market. Breakfast was very limited. I think that is the down side.

Good place nice decor but breakfast not so great

It was great experience at Dune. A little more history in the form of paintings and framed descriptions will make you relate to the Mansion. Few more plants lily ponds can add beauty to dining.

We visited this Dune Mansion Calve in the off season time. Realized that Hotel is conveniently close enough to the white town and is really a throw back to the olden days.

The Dune Mansion Calve is a heritage building, maintained well. Don’t expect 5-star services, but there’s no want of basic services.

It was totally an unexpected good experience. The chattier style house gave a home like feeling. The Dune Mansion Calve staff took proper care throughout our stay.
