I regret i could not find this spot earlier.

Bathroom was smelly and dirty.

Tv not working to tha room, bathroom was very dirty

To be honest i was not expecting much as we had booked home stay but yes we expected the place to by hygiene especially when you are paying 5k per day. The picture and details shared is incorrect. We thought it will be 1 bhk but were given studio apartment which is not more than 150 sq ft. The bed linen were not clean and the sofa come bed seem to be ages old, we all have got skin allergies. The moment you enter the room you will feel this room has not been used due to damp smell. If the place is renovated it will be a good experience.

Services were good, location was nice though it was little far from the Beach

Rooms could have been better but owner very helpful.

When we checked in, the room is with stinky smell, bed, bed sheets, pillows all are smelling the stinky smell. We asked for a change in the room. But they didn't. We asked for a change of bed sheets, they have replaced. And gave us a room freshener. Interiors are good. Premises were also not cleaned, filled up of garbage and stains. Very bad experience.

Stay was good. Worth the price. The only problem was the average poor room service.

Hotel location is very good. All of the famous beaches like baga, calangute, condolim, anjuna etc are near from the hotel. Service is good. Manager is very kind. Overall good experience.

Location is near to Baga calangute beach and super market is also nearby good place to stay.
Everything is good, overall experience is awesome. Visit this apartment good for everyone family, friends. Owner manager staff everyone is good but don't prefer scooty from this apartment.

This room is located in MN resort campus which were informed prior, but the board for MAN resort was too small to identify. The staff response was very good. The shower in our room was broken and water pressure was also very less. The TV display was malfunctioning which was irritating.

Within 10 km from Calangute, near Baga beach. AC room, home theatre system, tv, clean bathroom, just perfect. Service at instant, friendly people. Swimming pool is great, nice place for couples too. I will go again if I had another chance to book these rooms.

Location is a bit on the outskirts but thats okay. The owner is very friendly and makes sure the customers receive all kinds of support. Care taker bunty was very friendly and let us keep our bags in his room till the time of check-in. In short this place is worth staying at. Although there's one problem. SWIMMING POOL. It was very dirty and the moment we stepped in it all of us got rashes and our eyes started burning. That was the only issue we faced.

This happened to me Vidya Premkumar I was staying at #bluebeachresort ( facebook. Com/Gawadekuldeep/ which is nested in . ( near saw mill, narrow bridge, Arora, Goa in studio apartment no 701. On 17th evening my partner and I got back from a visit to a friend at around 7. 30 p. M. And I locked the main latch but forgot to lock the upper latch. I went off to sleep early as I was not well. Journal was awake till one Reading. Then he went off to sleep too. Between that time to the time I woke up at 8. 30 a. When I woke up, somebody ( or some people had entered our room by using a key, of which there are only 3 usually ( unless someone makes a fresh copy) (there was no fresh scratches on the lock) and stole our camera bag which had MacBook Air, High end Nikon camera and two high end lens (Journal is a photographer); Kunal's wallet, from his sling bag, which had money, cards and his IDs; and my Oppo F3 Mobile which was charging on the table near the door. The thief(s) also rummaged through the cupboard but found nothing there. He/or she left the door slightly ajar knowing well that if it was closed it would make a noise. When I woke up I was surprised to find the door open. Kunals bag was missing which I noticed. I quickly looked around and found my Mobile missing as well. Journal woke up to find all his years of photographic work and comedy writeups disappearing in a single night. He lost nearly six years worth of work other than the monetary loss to the tune of Rs. 2, 5000/- What was more frightening was the realization that somebody or some people were in our room while we were sleeping and if by chance either of us had woken up, it may have meant aggressive assault and probable death of either or both of us. If I had been travelling alone and this had occurred it might have also meant probable rape. People do crazy things when frightened or when they think they may be identified. I don't need to tell anyone about this. I shudder as I type this. When the apartment owner was intimated about this, all that Dr. Sarita Mule had to say was that she was '' sorry '' and she hoped that we would get our things back. The manager was only helpful in coming to the police station and getting us a cab for drop at airport. They were not willing to compensate for clear security failures on their part. The building in which their apartment is housed does not have a cctv camera or a security guard. And I was told this sort of theft had taken place at least three times, by the manager himself, but none, while people were in the room, he laughed uneasily as he said this. The building is easily accessible for any passerby on the road next to the building. The main lock is flimsy. I am still shaken up by this and am happy that me and my partner are alive to be able to tell about this horrible incident. Even after the police understood that the lock wasn't picked and was clearly opened using a key, they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to find or question the staff or anyone who had possession of the key. They were very unenthusiastic in the way they carried out their ''investigation''. And said that things happen, and the chances of getting your things back is nil'. I pointed out that its lucky that we got out of this alive. And they said ''yes, you are''. They also suggested we don't file an FIR as it only means more trouble for us, travelling back and forth and not in terms of getting anything back. Please make this viral because it will help somebody somewhere to be safe when they book this place by chance through MakeMyTrip. Com #MakeMyTrip flights should be more careful about what kind of hotels and service apartments they recommend to their members. I chose this apartment because it came highly recommended from them. I want them to hear this and take action against these service providers and get me a compensation too. I write this not only cause I and my partner have lost valuables, I write this knowing that I could easily be dead or worst, raped and perhaps then too, someone would Southey are sorry about that'. I don't want this to happen to anyone, ever, and I write this in hope that MakeMyTrip. Com would be thoughtful and concerned enough to take action on this and also remedy their methods in the future. We have submitted a written complaint to the Anjuna Police as well but could not stay on as our flight was on 19th and we had no money to stay on ( stolen or documents or frankly anything else.

It was good experience overall. Room was good and cheaper too. Location was good. Facility people were friendly. Good thing was that everything was approachable and accessible. Also reaching the hotel location was pretty easier.

Awesome place with every facilities like kitchen stuffs and clean washrooms, moreover 2 AC provided for bedroom and hall purpose ... Quite enjoyable stay. Location is also good as near to Calangute beach.
