Property location was good but the property manager was not cooperating much He was very rigid on few things Apart from that Food was good Location was good

The property's location is good, that's all the positive I can think of. zostel's staff was good but their hands were tied by very rigid zostel policies. highly not recommended for solo travellers.

Terrible experience! Rude hosts, unhygienic dining area and zero concern for guest comfort. No food/drinks allowed in rooms, even in -4°C. Slow service, overcharging, and non-functional geysers. Left a day early—avoid this place!

The location is beautiful and has an amazing view, Rooms were great and equipped with heaters. Food served there was delicious and quick service. Dheeraj is a good host and took care nicely……… there was one more host/volunteer who was drunk and talking arrogantly to us, we would have gotten into a fight with that guy but we ignored him as we were there to enjoy. So this one drunk host/volunteer spoiled the moment and experience.

The location of the property is good. It's right on the main sangla road. It's built in the middle of an apple orchard and you can live your dream of staying within an orchard. The food is decent. They were sweet enough not to put spices when i asked for the same. The check-in process is smooth. It's not a hotel so you have to carry your own luggage via stairs from the main road. There is no on-site parking, so that was a disappointment. There is no room service because it's a hostel, and they serve food in a common mess hall with seating on the floor, which is comfortable. The staff is courtoues and helpful. They answered my call at 5. 30 am when i had called to enquirer about road conditions. There are games in the mess hall, that you can play, and the rooms were clean and hygienic with all basic comforts. It was a good experience over-all.

Located in the lap of mountains. Zostel provides best views in sangla at very aftrates. Property was clean and food also was good.

When i checked in there was no one to take luggage after that i ordered food they said food is not allowed in the room so i went to common room there was very much smell of the hard drinks and then i had to eat outside in shivering cold and rainy and people there were smoking something pathetic and i think that's also not legal and there was smell of that felt so scared and unsafe there

I stayed for 2 days in zostel sangla and it was my best experience, the staff behaviour is very good and they always there whenever you need something and the rooms is very neat and clean and the best part of the hotel is that the hotel is mountain facing so when you wake up you see a huge mountain infront of you and the hotel is just 1. 2 km away from sangla market.

Its was a very comfortable stay. One of my best experiences with zostel. Be it the food, the room, the staff or the service in general, it was up to the mark. I’m glad to have booked with them. )
