Thy gave us a very old room in their resort, toilet was not working. The management nd stuff are mean nd rude.. whn complained abt toilet thr stuff asked us to use the toilet in their restaurant, is that wat we pay money!! Inspite of other rooms being vacant thy dint change our room. Will never visit that resort again.

Rooms are not that good. One of the door was broken and food it tasty but it is expensive. Felt below average trip

The check in person was lathergic took hours together and even check out when intimated 2 hours before that we are leaving sharp 11 also didn't Coordinated I have to wait more than half an hour and myself went there to enquire their problems. Also arrogant he hesitate to give the owner number when gave it it doesn't reachable. The hot water kettle with tea/ coffee sachets not given saying it is not in their house keeping. It was raining heavily we ourselves have to call and ask for umbrella no hospatailty or courtesy to look after.The rooms are very small for the price we paid.Not worth for the menu mentioned malnad foods not one was available all North Indian menu.The area being Malnad we came there to enjoy the malnad food but very much dissopionted.

Standard cottages are worse. old broken doors and old washrooms. unnecessary doors which are locked in the room lead to scary part of the stay.

Property was just okay. It is picturesque, but the rooms are too small. We ended up upgrading to a bigger room but amenities are just too poor. The state of rooms is not great either. Food options are very limited. No proper management

Food was worst, hospitality is not gud,

nice place to relax,clean rooms, all the food we ordered was amazing and Delicious , Friendly staff. Must visit again

We stayed for 3nights at vihangama holiday retreat. We had booked a river side cottage and the view from the room was amazing. The resort is very well maintained. Food is delicious but the quantity is very less.

Bearable stay amenities such as kettle, toiletries we're missing, maintenance of the property is not that great, electronics were not working great, studio room is too small and locks don't work

Had wonderful experience. Property is situated in lush greenery. We missed swimming pool. Food was tastefully. Good place for families to hang out for the day. Noting much to do inside the property but we can spend good time

Property is situated in a very good location. Food was decent, the spread was limited, but whatever was available was of decent quality. Very well maintained property, very close to the river. But note only villa suites have river view. I had booked a studio which did say it will have river view but there's none. A calm and peaceful place, you will enjoy the nature especially if you go there during the monsoon.

The pictures shown for a standard room is of studio rooms. The standard room we booked had separate toilet and bath. Didn't have a ac either. After reaching the property, we saw the room and decided to upgrade ourselves. We had to pay extra 1700 to get a decent room for stay. Either it's the fault of mm t or the property, we don't care. But this is not done. We are shown something and given something else. There is no mention of no ac, no attached toilet etc for standard room.

The location is great, but the amenities and services are severely lacking. The room i was given was not up to standard; the roof seemed unstable and posed a safety risk. The room had a unpleasant odor, and the water had an iron smell. I couldn't access the restaurant due to an event booking, and there were no provisions for morning coffee or any food arrangements. The absence of these facilities was not communicated during or after booking.

Beautiful river view villa on the banks of river tunga and in-house boating to a hidden cave was awesome

Worst resort i had visited till date, i dpnt recommend this one as the owner is irresponsible and greedy. They gave us totally different rooms than promised, and asked us to stay in a broken, roof fallen and snakes, cats inside the roof.

Excellent hospitality and food. The location and maintenance of the resort was also top notch. The boat ride and walk through the orchards is recommended. Considering a revisit after the monsoon

Do not take standard cottage room. It is non ac and vihangama resort and makemytrip is hiding ac availability while booking. Both are non-transparent

The location and rooms are excellent. The resort is situated on the banks of the tunga river, making it easily accessible. It offers a serene experience walking along the riverbanks and taking a dip in the river. The presence of a sandbank enhances the experience, and the mornings and evenings provide stunning views of the sunrise and sunset, creating a positive ambiance. The restaurant is of high quality; the chef is skilled and prepares delicious food. However, the only area needing improvement is the reception service. The staff member who is incharge lacks a welcoming attitude and seems disinterested in explaining the available amenities. Additionally, he fail to mention that the resort is connected to the riverbank. Resort has to think of providing basic amenities like snooker, card room and bonfires. Kids play area can help to engage kids. Evening snacks can be provided at river bank. Boating is not functional when we stayed.
