Room were not clean and ac was not working properly. Rooms are very small. Told owner two times to switch ac on but still it was not working neither he gave attention to it

Hi team, the villa is good location is okay. The owner is supportive. But a small swimming pool. No room cleaning done from inside in my 4 days staying with family. No towel, sampoo. Free drinking water is not available. The breakfast given by villi owner on demand with additional cost but high expensive. Room size for family is average not good or comfortable. At all average. Average stay
The room was clean. The pool was in the cleaning process in rush time also 24-25 dec. Very disappointed about pool, we did not enjoy it in the pool. The food has to be ordered from his another hotel.

Property not good ad was expected from the pictures available
Had booked super deluxe rooms which were not good as expected. Very small / kids swimming pool available. Food / restaurant not available on premises.

We had a wonderful stay at the *happiness inn. We also got an upgrade to a deluxe room. The swimming pool was nice and clean. We enjoyed the very tasty food. The hotel manager was polite and humble. Transportation is also available as the hotel is located on the main road.

Dear Madam, Thank you for your review. We regret to note that you had unpleasant stay. However kindly note, we are pocket friendly hotel in Nagaon and same was mentioned on Online Channels. Room sizes are already mentioned on MMT and on our website, we do not claim very big size rooms anywhere but rooms are good enough with all facilities. Our Swimming Pool is measuring 18 Ft by 14 ft with depth of 4.5 fts additional 6 ft by 4 ft kids pool. We feel pool is big enough for hotel guests and definitely cannot be compared with bathtub.
