Lovely rooms with a view, excellent hospitality by the staff, special mention for Mr. Hussain at reception and Mr Chettri and Ms Anisha at the Resturant for making our stay comfortable.

Food taste good, infrastructure maintenance is good, house keeping is ok oaverage

The service was very poor. No hot water after repeated calls. The. Paid breakfast took 1 hour to come that too after repeated reminders and even then they forgot a couple of food items. With the price, it was not at all worth.

I had requested reception for stay 1 hour in morning because my flight in evening so they denied clearly . we as business traveller not using there service during working hours & when you need extra time they are not supportive. I will not suggest for stay as a business travel , because they had changed a lot ,food is expensive ,staff also show attitude.

The Hotel rooms are Basic, though they charged equivalent to Deltin but the service and the property is not worth what I paid for .

At urben by treat daman food quality is good and very good hygiene but cost is way too high, location wise it's a good and peaceful location and about facilities every thing that they provide is good and service is nice.

Too expensive as compared to the prices paid. Food was also average but very expensive. Property also is too small.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and dining options. The amenities provided were also up to the mark. One highlight was the food – it was delicious and well-prepared. However, I found the prices a bit too high compared to similar hotels. While the quality was great, it would be nice if the pricing was a bit more reasonable. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful, and I would definitely consider staying here again. Recommended for those looking for comfort and good service!

We had enjoyed very much in this property because they provide good service, best quality food. Also, cleanliness is very good. All staf members were friendly in nature, supporting, helping in all things.

Pros :- Property is located at Good Place and It was Nice & Clean Property, Rooms were Quite Spacious and bathroom was also clean . Bath tub was missing but that is not neccessary. Staff was also Co-operative & Polite. We had Good holiday Experience at urbane. Cons :- The only point I would like to highlight is that the Swimming pool was very small and it does not have any arrangements for Shower & Towels near swimming pool.

Room were clean and good, staff was good and fast to respond, breakfast buffet had various varieties and the food was tasty

the front desk is just not client centric and very rude . very sadly they ask you to pay liquor payment upfront and not wait till final checkout.. when asked they say it's a different provider.... no valley service... average breakfast taste ...
