Property was so nice but need slightly to renovate the rooms and add some kind of updated gadgets like TV’s in room. Additionally, the restaurant was so nice in kind of view and as well as taste was also delicious.

Today i was checked into a hotel around 4 pm. Without checking the room by hotel staff they allotted a room in which the tap was not working, there was no dustbin & slippers.

Please cancel the contact with this hotel because I had two time visit in this hotel always face issue for breakfast and other things . This is serious concern this is not for stay

There is no provide lunch fake commitment issue . Light issue because of light AC is not worked properly .

Good accommodation considering a place like Mainpuri. Has multiple room options and well maintained.

There were ants all over the bedsheet. Toilet flush was not working, i had to use a backet to flush away my potty. Floor tiles were not stuck to the floor. Intercom was out of order.

The room is like hell, the bathroom flush is not working. No lift, electricity trip, no facility of generator. This hotel is made for marriage reception purpose. Pols don't suggest for corporate client. Horrible experience.

Please i request makemytrip to give last number. This not 3 star its like zero star. Not room or service like any star. So people save their money better stay another place

After upgrading taking 500 beds extra and providing 3 guest accommodations but on the booking time i fill 3 guests this is not acceptable he said
