Review Of Tigers Heaven Resort

Very nice hospitality at the resort. They greeted us with a welcome drink upon our arrival. The place is setup in a very quiet place, so if you are someone who wants to cut off with the city noises and usual hotel-type of experience then this is the place to be. The staff there is very poilte and proactive to your needs. Rooms are kept clean, water, food everything was upto our expectations. Food especially is very hygienic and tasty. You can walk around the property and get a feel of the rural vidarbha. They also have a machan that overlooks a small water body, you can just sit there and enjoy watching the birds that circle the water body, or just enjoy the breeze. Definitely visiting the place again in the future.

Resort brochure mentions that it is a 3 star property, which it is. Location of the resort, rooms and landscaping is excellent. The hospitality and service is absolutely 5 star. Strongly recommend this place

Our stay was very nice. Rooms / washrooms and whole property in general is very clean and well maintained. Staff is also very cordial and well behaved. Very much recommended for stay

Excellent location, comfortable stay, average food

When i was staying in their resort totally hostile environment.They want to suck away money from you. We have to take food as per their wish. Poor food quality. Their one of the staff may have stolen my mobile even though i was at 24 hr on the property. No inquiry was done. Their manager comes with a safari package o f 15000/-. i have already booked two safaris at @5000 each, so I refused. From onwards hostility started. This is isolated place so there is no way and to accept their dictum. Once i objected they told me to leave. TAKE DINNER FO 1600/- FOR COUPLE or you will not get food. Thei system is interconnected so other avenue not available. There is no public transport. Please avoid AND SPREAD THISMESSAGE.

Eating good food & good service provide

The property is located close to the navegaon gate. The safari vehicles would pick you up from and drop you off at the property which is very convenient. The stay is pleasant, the food is okay. The bedsheet had stains which were quickly replaced by the staff.

Beautiful property. Excellent location, approximately 1.5 km close to the Navegaon gate. Excellent Indian food, especially veg was good. Very helpful and sincere staff. Never asked for tips. Satish, the manager is very helpful and takes good care of the guest.

We stayed at Tigers Heaven Resort. The Resort is located on the fringes of the Tadoba Andheri tiger reserve. Located near Navegaon gate which is the gate from which you can reach Panderpauni area in 25 minutes where tigress Maya with 18 months old cubs/Male tiger Matkasur get sighted regularly. The Resort is neat and well maintained. The room has a queen sized bed with air conditioning. Toiletries kit provided includes soap/tooth brush with tooth paste/shampoo/moisturizer. The dining hall is neat and compact. Buffet lunch/dinner is arranged when Resort is booked to capacity. Otherwise they provide food after asking you for choice. It includes day no one vegetable c non veg dish. The staff are very polite and take good care of you. The Resort staff coordinate with the forest department for arranging jeff safari.

Special thanks to for taking such great care of us. Food was very tasty made by chef. Would like to come back here.
