location , front desk service and food good. Renovations work in progress. so lots of noise.

Had a one night stay in this property. Stay here was very good. Room was neat and clean with proper amenities and the breakfast next morning was also excellent.

1. Bathroom and washroom not properly clean. 2. Tv not working 3. Kitchen staff not available after 11 pm in case of urgent food requirement. 4. Room furniture very old and damaged

Behaviour of the staff is very very rude, room service also talking like a owner of the hotel, nothing is available in the beak fast, in the breakfast fast only bread is available to eating, considering as zero rated hotel service

Location food amenities are good except the services. Services left a bit to be desired, hopefully they will improve on that front

Every thing is good but room space is very less and looks very congested.

Good hotel and good staff, but they need to do some serious maintenance. The shower was kind of broken, some guest who stayed before me in the room must have boiled milk in the kettle which was now smelling horrible, the cleaning staff should have checked it and cleaned it before handing the room to me, the ac water discharge from the rooms above me was falling on the ac in my room and making noise all night as if it’s raining outside, disturbing my sleep.

Very very bad experience

We reached late in the midnight from aayodya but still saroj singh the manager was so kind to open the kitchen and provided us dinner. Glad that to see his professnessilism and attitude towards their guests. Indead all vaishnavi staff have been very supportive through out our stay. Glad, vaishnavi's presense in buxar town.

Staff well behaved and helpful. Clean rooms with proper amenities. Provides good food as per demand.
