Initially, our check-in time was scheduled for 12:00 pm, but we arrived at 1:00 pm. Despite the delay, we were made to wait for an additional 30 minutes due to an ongoing cleaning process. Subsequently, we encountered issues with the geyser and tv in our room. Despite visiting the reception more than three times, it was only after persistent requests that they addressed the problems. The paid food service was subpar, and we faced dissatisfaction with the quality. Additionally, the hotel provided a paid auto service, charging us a whopping 600 rs for a 2 km distance, with an additional charge upon return. To our dismay, while departing the hotel later that night, the auto driver demanded 800 rs instead of the initially agreed-upon 600 rs, which the hotel's arranged auto had covered. Furthermore, the driver displayed inappropriate behavior during the drop-off. In summary, if you're considering a stay with your family, i would not recommend this place. Our overall experience was highly disappointing.
