Terrible Stay
I was way too worst , there was no room service in two days no telephone to call reception and a 2rs soap in name of toiletries, and the owner was a Little rude

We deeply regret your one-star review, especially after our hotel management went above and beyond to ensure your comfort by upgrading you to a premium couple-friendly room at no extra cost; it’s disheartening that, despite our dedication to your satisfaction, you attempted to steal our kettle, which we found in your bag during checkout, and the room was leaved so dirty even towels were used so badly that after washing also it remained fully stained room was full of smell and with garbage everywhere didn't know how to use the dustbin which we have provided in every room ,we sincerely hope you’ll reflect on this incident and reconsider tarnishing our reputation.
Good Stay
overall good in all aspects but need to improve a little bit more in terms of menu in the restaurant
