"Disappointing stay at Hotel Mudita I stayed in a premium room from 27-10-25 to 28-10-2025 on a MAP plan, but the experience was subpar. The smart TV had no cable connection, and the promised free internet didn't work despite multiple requests. Amenities were lacking, with only two tea bags and no sugar sachets. The meal options were limited, with a meager serving of chicken (6 pieces for two people) and simple vegetarian dishes. The highlight was the delicious chapattis, which were freshly made and tasty. Overall, the hotel failed to meet premium standards room are not so clean lots of dust inside the room, and I'd advise them to improve services and amenities to match the room category."

overall good in all aspects but need to improve a little bit more in terms of menu in the restaurant
