Not comfortable for service & there was no room according to the rent

The property is not clean, and the higine and entry are very dirty. The prim-um room is like an 800 type of guest house room; each corner of the room is full of dust and full of webs. No water facility is available. No landline phone to connect with reception; tv is not working; no dth connection.

Staff was extremely ignorant of very basic assistance in any kind of budget category hotels. Restaurant staff was more interested in accommodating local patrons.
