The property is located in a good location but the rooms are not clean the wall paint is very old and most color has come off the brake fast was also very bad

The prices they are charging and the service they provide is worst. It was a mistake to stay here. If you'll ask for a better service they will tell you that they charge more for this room and will ask you for extra payment. If you won't pay then ask you to cancel and get out of the amenity. Shower not working. A/C won't work, towel and bedsheets not cleaned. Room is not well maintained. Just ignore this property, either you'll be more comfortable and happy to stay and sleep at bus station.

Bad experience with this staff and hotel. Its just like you room. Low quality. Terrible.

The dirty bed and ode-our smell was there no cleaned rooms, very poor service.

Room not same

Hotel charged me extra 1000. I denied so they threatened me as well. I registered complain through call on make my trip but even support executive didn't supported and mentioned she can't support in such matters. I tried to get support from customer support but not able to call them as well. Being a regular customer of make my trip this is the worst experience i have.

Good location, good people, budget hotel, good ambience and spacious room, at 2 minutes distance u get good lunch and breakfast.

The location of the hotel was good. They did not provide breakfast in the hotel. They brought it From outside. Room services and housekeeping were fine. The room was clean. All the basic amenities were provided in the room.

Food was From outside, service was not upto the mark
