Horrible place, phenol smell cockroches everywhere, match sticks in bathroom, flush not working.

No service, lizards, cockroaches in room, if we wan to have anything telephone doesnt work in room, we hv to go to reception and tell, pathetic service and coat is too high. Room is good.

Property gives poor hygienic feelings, washroom also not upto mark, lot of loose wires and also found 2 big lizards in room which is cleared after calling hk person.

Getting some bad smell while entering into the room. Beds are not clean. Lift is not working properly. Bad ambiance
