Review Of Super Hotel O Shivayy Majestic

The hotel is in very interior from the main stream, also they did not mark any signage on the road, also the room is too much small, they shut off the geyser and AC from the reception. You have to call every time to reception, after that 15-20 minutes they will start depending on their mood. It is very horrible experience in this Residency. This is not for couple and also not for the single person. This is one star category hotel and they are charging three star hotel rate. Whatever they talk in reception I can hear in the room and bathroom. There is written in MMT website that it has sound proof room. Over all experience is not up to the mark as what I have paid.

The Hotel is away from the main Road and not in a great locality. Staff was cold. My room wasn't cleaned after my first day as I booked for two days

Exceptional a wonderful and quality time spend. People are very careful for their guests. Takes care of everything. Pratwal at the reception also soothes the guests. Awesome place to stay in Varanasi.One of the best places I have ever stayed in. So comfortable and clean. The manager of the hotel was caring hospitality is superb. I will always recommend this place to. Others awesome environments and good infrastructure. Friendly staff, good rooms & clean bathrooms, hotel provides tastefully good rooms to make their guest stay comfortable.

Calm and soothing stay. Breakfast was good. The only concern is finding the hotel first time and nearby to the Assi Ghat and Sankar Mohan temple, it was a great location to stay. No sound pollution, excellent place, and service. Not very far away from hustle and bustle, yet in the center of the city. It's located in a peaceful and silent area. Unless you are very tired, getting sleep at 10 pm. Slightly expensive for the size and amenities, service excellent breakfast and sumptuous. Recommended for first-timers to Varanasi and foreigner tourists. Hotel Yash Residency was great.

Love the hotel. With all the amenities and top-class service, it's a great place to stay. Neat and clean hotel. Other than that a perfect place to spend your nights on a comfortable mattress, peacefully located and the staff is very convenient and obedient, food is amazingly well rooms are pretty clean and the best part is the location of the hotel near to Assi ghat, Durga temple, Sankat Mochan temple, Banaras Hindu university and much more.

This is one of the best Hotel in Varanasi. Very clean, comfortable. Staff and services are too good. Highly recommended! The Hotel is clean and provides you great hospitality. The Hotel gm Mr. Sanjay is very helpful and will guide you throughout your stay. I spent a night at Hotel Yash Residency with my friend. The Hotel was absolutely awesome. It is a beautiful clean and quiet space in the oh-so intense Varanasi. The hotel's design is very original and I loved the attention to detail. I really recommend this to all the persons.

Its a nice, clean and comfortable stay. The staff is extremely proactive and gave attention to details. We stayed at this decent property for a day. When we checked out the photos of the property online, we were mesmerized and knew that this is where we would want to stay. We were staying in a room which had a view that overlooked the city. The best part about the hotel is the location. There are places you can sit for hours together and think. We had booked a package which included both breakfasts the breakfast was extremely tasty. Overall, this place is worth the money. It makes you fall in love with Banaras. Must visit place in Banaras.

It was a nice experience in Hotel Yash Residency, we enjoyed every second of our stay here, the staffs know how to treat guests and breakfast was very good and rooms are very good with all the modern facilities. One of a kind place which provides family visitors. Situated at the heart of the city, stay is located at a convenient distance from the railway station, the airport and the major ghats of Benaras. Staff at the hotel is zealous and serves with passion seldom seen. A special shout out to Prajwal who's impeccable round the clock vigilance kept all his guests happy and satisfied.

This is one of the best place to stay in Varanasi, stay itself is an experience to cherish. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Much recommended for anyone traveling to Varanasi. Various types of rooms are available at this hotel suiting every need. Just see the pictures and you will be tempted to visit. Everything was perfect like staff, breakfast, room size, smooth check-in & well located near ghats and temple.

Great value for money and staff are super friendly and helpful. Away from the chaos of central Varanasi, but all sights etc are easily reachable with great car/auto drivers arranged by the hotel. A beautiful, awesome and cozy place to stay, service and prices wise also responsible would definitely recommend. There can't be a better hotel than this in the whole Varanasi. Rooms all are perfect. It's a beautiful hotel. Try it once, you will not be disappointed.

We recently lived here for a day, our stay was exceptional in all regards. You get what you see in pictures. Services are 5 stars, people managing the place are the real gem and would be the reason you will keep going. Whole team, in fact, made it so very comfortable. There were issues but they managed in a most professional manner and to best of available resources. I definitely feel this place should franchise and grow in many more cities. Concept wise it rocks and displays Indian hospitality to it's best. Big thumbs up to you all there. Kudos!!! all things are good.

Zero class hotel. Waste of money. Don't recommend this hotel.

The stay at Hotel Yash Residency was utterly disappointing and cumbersome. The Hotel located was quite inside a residential area where its quite difficult to reach by car. There was only one Hotel staff one front office lady and no bellboy/waiter or manager. In spite of booking a super deluxe ac room with such a high charge, there was no provision for towels or Blankets. There wasn't even any room service for providing morning tea or any meal for that matter. The location of the hotel is such that there isn't even a tea stall or restaurant until we walk about 1.5 km from the hotel. The service of the Hotel staff was more than unsatisfactory. They didn't seem to have any clue about the facilities of the Hotel. Only good thing I can say about my stay is that the room was good enough.

Quite dissatisfied. Everything shouldn't cost money.

No food, no water, no professionalism

Stayed for 3 nights. There is no food service in the hotel. You need to order vegetarian food from zomato for room service.
This is not a hotel. This is someone's house in a nondescript residential dump in durga kund concerted to a lodge. No food, no service, geyser did not work on the last day of my stay. A harrowing experience.

Not a good experience as per the location and we were forced to leave the room by 11 in the morning. Where as we checked into the room at 8:30 in the evening the day before.
Location of the hotel was very bad. We checked-in at 8:30 PM but we were asked to leave the room by 11:00 AM which is not correct.

It’s a new property built in residential colony. Though the owner of the hotel was pretty helpful, you will have to face the challenges of parking, no restaurant in hotel as of now. Overall it was a decent stay for me.

The hotel staff is very polite, supportive and helpful. Visit to Varanasi has been amazing. As heard about Banaras, people are so humble.
