This subra hotel residency is best hotel and excellent service room is very large and neat tv is working bathroom is cleaning bed is comfortable and sofa is comfortable

Very clean room and also excellent room service.

1. No proper guidance in reception 2. No drinking provided at the time of check in 3. No computer gst bill only given duplicate manual bill

No proper power supply when check in, only by evening power supply came. Rest all ok good room

The location of the hotel was good as it was very near to the railway station .. But the service was really pathetic. There are no room boys or room service .. The amenities was really not good ... Bathroom were not cleaned .. Room was smelling when we entered .. Lot of mosquito in the room and there is no good night ... The TV was not coming at all the relay was too bad .. I had to vacate one day before my check out due to above factors.
