We stayed at this villa recently, and while the property itself was quite good, the experience was marred by the behavior of some of the staff. The people serving us were surprisingly rude, which was disappointing given the premium pricing of the villa. One of the staff members—possibly the caretaker—even told us bluntly that we would be charged if we didn’t check out on time. That kind of communication felt unprofessional and unwelcoming.
The food was also quite basic in taste—not something you’d expect at this price point. On a positive note, a few of the staff responsible for maintaining the villa were courteous and helpful, which we appreciated.
Overall, I would suggest the management work on improving staff behavior and ensure a more polite and respectful attitude towards guests. The experience could be so much better with just a little more hospitality and attention to detail.
