Cleanliness is very good.. Staff behaviour is also good.. Heater was the only problem their later they arranged hand heater on request and got hot water!

Terrible Stay

1. First, they allotted one room. A/c was leaking in room. No room phone to contact reception. Came from 3tmrd floor to reception but no one in reception for 15 mts. Then he came and allotted another room. No hot water in that room. After half an hour of testing, he changed me to another room. No flushing of toilet happening. I was fed up with this hotel.
