Review Of SILVER STONE PARK RESORT

Food was good and they hosted well. Stay was overall good and I recommend . Location was a bit outer but it is peaceful and without pollution.

One expects linen, bathroom and kettle,cups & glasses to be clean. They were perfect. Food and its options were also fine. Front reception staff were friendly. Overall the ambience was excellent.

The resort rooms are big and spacious, the bathroom, balcony are neat and clean. They have a restaurant in-house with varieties of non-veg and veg. Special mention to the swimming pools - kids will love it.

The resort was great. Good facilities. The swimming pool was well maintained and the artificial falls was a nice change. Rooms were neat and clean. Nice experience

The property GM Prasad kept complaining about us cancelling one room out of the three rooms we had booked throughout the stay. This cancellation was well within the limits that had offered us. I seriously don't understand why the property was listed as part , if they had an issue with the cancellation policy. He asked me to cancel the entire booking and asked me to book two rooms at a higher price while smiling and saying that the customer needs to bear the last minute price spike. Worst of all was when we checked-in the room & the bathroom was very neat & clean. We stepped out for three hours and returned back to a bathroom filled with cigarette smell. When we raised this as a concern Mr. Prasad again started an argument stating that we would have left the windows open. However there was no window in the bathroom and no ventilation. It was clear that someone had stepped inside the room when we weren't there but he refused to accept it. The complementary breakfast was also very ordinary. For a hotel that charges 4K per night, they could have given a better service. The hotel staff were kind and friendly. However the overall stay wasn't pleasant for us because of how communicated with us throughout.

It's one of the best stays in Madurai to Tirunelveli highway. Quite stay, Neatly maintained, awesome breakfast.

The room is very neat and clean. And the food quality was very good. We really enjoyed alot. Kids play area is very good little more changes required

Excellent place in a remote location- very friendly staff - clean and neat rooms

Very poor service frequent power cut. No backup no water in the bathroom. Poor response from the staff and worthy stay for the money
