Most pathetic & bitter experience. Inspite of confirmed booking, (the manager) refused to provide us check in and asked us to give double the amount of booking. In our presence he sold out rooms to other customers for extra money. He was so rude & shameless that he was reluctant to listen anything from us that too at 1.30am night with ladies & senior citizen parents with us. He even challenged us to go & complaint against him and was ready to face black listing. He said " 1-2 mahine ke liye black list karenge, usse zyada kya hoga?" Never seen such an uncivilized person with no humanity and daring to do anything for money.

Unhygienic, food quality worse, television not working, 24 hr geyser facilities was not available, building was in poor condition

AC was not cooling & room service was very poor because there was no call but the staff did not come.

Just a room with zero amenities, no hot water, soap, dental kit, no kettle

Bad experience. In so many years never faced issue with mmt. You people need to look. 1. No rooms available at the time of arrival. Why ? 2. Dirty rooms 3. Dirty toilet 4. Breakfast at 9 am are you people serious. Or have started taking all for granted. Or this is what mm t elite gets. Not satisfied

Staff behaviour was so nice, anand, shubham and arijit the guys was so helpful and nice nature person. Cleanses and environment was too good

For the sultanpur location this hotel is costly.

Everything is good accommodation arrangement.

Not good. It was very salty. I had to pay for it
