The pool at royal de casa was terrible. We already informed the receptionist to make proper arrangements as we wanted to go for a swim, but there was no one present. We waited for an hour, but still ni one came. Problems- 1. No towels were available 2. water was very bad 3. water filter was not on

The First impression was awesome... the location can't be easy than this ..just roadside that you can hardly ever miss....rooms were so clean and tidy... staffs were very supportive.. food was excellent..and the ambience was breathtaking...
