familyFood was fantastic. Ambience was awesome. And most importantly the hospitality and warmth of the staff was something we have never experienced earlier. The hotel manager jaswin, key support team pallavi, jezreena, gayatri were simply outstanding. They treat you as family and not as guest. Their special human touch made our stay memorable, wanting us to go back again!

coupleProperty is good but management issue, they try to cut cost and poor staff has to suffer from guests. Verry poor food choices. Some of the staff are very rude, you do not get proper bill or receipt on check out. Highly priced comparing the services namaste food. Beautiful property is ruined by owners rude ness. Will never recommend any one to go to this hotel.

Our team, mostly from local communities, works hard to offer a warm, grounded experience, and we do not accept claims of “rudeness” lightly. These allegations are being looked into seriously. As for billing, we maintain full transparency and follow all statutory requirements. If any specific concern was raised at checkout, we wish it had been brought to our manager’s attention immediately. While we regret that your stay did not match your expectations, we do not agree with your portrayal of the property or its values. Red Earth has welcomed thousands of happy guests who appreciate our ethos — we are sorry that this did not resonate with you. Every one at the place make you feel warm, the food was lip smacking. The entire staff of the resort is pampering you & always ready to make things happen for you. We were supposed to checkout early in the morning still the restaurant (mr. Vaibhav) arranged packed breakfast for us. Also it was raining when we returned from our safari the was very courteous to welcome us & arranged for complimentary tea & snacks as we were caught up in rain. Had a very exciting & warm experience. Will always remember the experience & highly recommended.

Red Earth Tadoba is a great place to stay for people who want to experience safari and it facilitated the luxary even though being authentic 1. Very friendly staff 2. Great food with lots of varieties every day and they were able to accommodate our requests as well 3. Naturalists have great knowledge on animals 4. Naturalists will accompany you in your safari with some snacks, water and share their knowledge which will enhance your safari experience.

Requests seemed to be ignored, and the overall experience was far from what i expected from a resort of this caliber. I hope the management takes steps to improve their service quality for future guests. I will not recommend anyone to come here, also charges are very heavy and services they offer are waste. Also the food quality is very bad, the taste is not upto the mark. Also the gala dinner, i am not really sure what was gala about that? the taste was pathetic and you guys ruined my new years plan and my family's plan as well. Also, not sure with whom i had a conversation with but she was very rude to me. When i asked about the luggage pickup she told me that other check outs are in process and i actually waited for half an hour still there was no response. Is this how you treat your guest?. 1. Work staff support and presence not seen. 2. Food on 20th dinner wasn't fresh and managed created from lunch. 3. Premises need a torch to be provided by the resort. This isn't found. 4. Bathroom sleepers are not provided even after asking. 5. Inappropriate land fencing which induces unsafe feelings - many instances. 6. Overpriced but with very low focus towards guests often noticed. I wish to get refund of money paid on this booking. Bedsheets blankets are not as per standards. Flooring is too slippery everywhere. Room toilets were made outside of living rooms and absolutely annoying.

1. The staff is complacent, 2. Restaurant doesn’t serve half the dishes. Apprently mutton is a seasonal delicacy for them. They cheat us with different price on menu card, and the managers don’t have the decency to even come out and hear the guests grievances, instead send their workers. 3. Also the spa doesn’t work. The pool is dirty. The pool in the rooms are basically the size of a puddle which was also unkempt. 4. No room services available for food. Snack bar empty.

The property is well spread out and well maintained. It has a rustic feel but has got all the modern amenities. The staff is also courteous and friendly. While going for the safari they assigned a nature guide with us to explain and also packed snacks and water for us in an ice box. Breakfast had a good spread. Our only disappointment was food (lunch and dinner) as it was below par. Expect the property to add more of local food flavour.

Very nice property near to zuri gate. The food is awesome and the staffs’ are very humble. The best part is the private swimming pool inside the cottage with a small river view. Very relaxing stay. 10/10.
