Ambience was good but room was not managed properly. Tv was not working curtains were not properly installed. Bed mattresses not much comfortable to sleep.

Overall a terrible place. If you wish to spoil your holiday please stay here no one available at the property for anything no water, no tea or coffee taps, flush, jets in the bathroom are not working rooms are not clean. A major issue you need to struggle for lunch and dinner your money will be wasted in case you book this property

Good apartment for family and couples. Staff was very helpful. We enjoyed over there. Very near to varsoli beach

Ravitej hotel is not maintained at all. Swimming pool was completely unclean. It was lonely and i completely found the hotel photos misrepresenting the current state. Only good part is that the staff was quite friendly and supportive

The only plus point was area, flat size was good. Rest none of amenities were there swimming not working jacuzzi not available tv not working.

Overall pleasant experience. rooms were big and clean . Hot water was not for 24/7. Caretaker not available on time. They don’t know about the which facilities are they provide which are not. Wifi was not working

I was impressed by all of the staff, friendly staff. Rooms were clean.

There were frogs in bathroom. No attendant in night. No hot water for bath. Swimming pool was dirty. Made several requests to clean it. Staff was very friendly but responsible or authorized person never showed up. When called for complaints, manager smartly disconnected the call. Rooms were clean but there is no room service.

When we reached the hotel there was a lock on the main entrance and no security or care taker was available. There was no hygiene maintained in in the room and washroom. There was a Frog in the washroom. TV was not working. When we called the care taker, they were giving us a fake commitment. No facility of hot water. Overall there is nothing as they shown in the description. Very worst experience and waste of money. Not recommended.

No wifi no tv no staf available when required. O security guard. We have look and wait for long for someone to come and serve us, no landline to call in reception, tv not recharge. Food menu not available only 1, 2 items available

Best lunch with mutton curry and bhakri. Thanks that we got ground floor due to personal issues based on special request. No lighting at night in ground and pool like shown in photo, smallest soaps so we need to carry it, no hot water in tap, no air conditioning working. One should give facilities without being asked like mosquito repellent, extra towels, water bottles. Good only for a day's stay.

This is the best hotel at low price near alibag with good amenities. Rooms are spacious and well maintained.

Owner behaviour was very rude and wrong to us. We didn't receive any food. Owner deserve a big dislike. Swimming pool not so good. Not for bachelor's place. Owner will not give the good support to bachelor of boys.

Nice place, well planned, one can get own food and cook. Food is freshly prepared and serviced. Beach of Alibag and Varsoli are around 4-5 kms each from hotel. Swimming pool is well maintained. Hotel is 2 kms from highway and located at a calm place.

The apartment was very good but the compound and locality need to be clean. The area looks under construction. The caretaker was cooperative. Food was tasty. Room was very good and comfortable. A recommended place.
