Review Of President Cottage Resort

No one ready to support the luggage to take in room as well while check out. No towel in room. Cockroach are walking in bathroom. Multiple rooms need to change as some time AC not working and another room shower not working .

Rooms were not hygiene and stay was very terrible i can not describe in words how pathetic it was..

TV in room was not working. Breakfast provided is average with repeated menu. Plumbing work in bathrooms was having leakage

It was a good choice. It was near to two resorts, where i had to attend marriage ceremonies. Rooms service needs improvement. Excellent stay.

Washroom quality was not up to the mark. Water was leaking from ac. The telephone was not working. Room quality was good.

Hotel president is a very nice place. Clean and with good staff. We liked the food in restaurant to be very tasty. Best regards

Not as per value for money, cleanliness is horrible. People's not interacting properly. I booked with mm t showing one terrif and hotel invoice showing different.

Stay was pleasant room was clean tv not working housekeeping person come directly inside the room with her master key

Worst service & hopeless desk. A very bad experience pols do not go for a stay. No one will entertain you as a guest.

I haven't seen such a worse maintained hotel in recent times. They charge ~4000 rupees for nothing. Rooms are not clean, food is below par. Disappointed. Never booking this hotel again.

The room was cleaned. It was very well maintained and the bedsheet and other things were cleaned.

The room was dusty and plumbing was leaking and stained. No proper wifi provided. Even after several calls could not get wifi password for my laptop. Fortunately bed was clean. But not worth rs. 3800 per night. We get much better rooms in metros at this price.

The hotel was infested with cockroaches, we asked them to change the room after calling them 5 times, they have changed us to another room, which also had cockroaches

The hotel was good and the staff also, the food was delicious and good I loved the hotel I will prefer to go and stay there ☺️

Overall, my stay at the hotel was pleasant. However, there was a slight issue with the room smell upon check-in, which was a bit off-putting. Additionally, it was noted that toothbrush and paste were not provided. Despite these minor setbacks, the other amenities and services offered were satisfactory, contributing to an overall positive experience.

Location was not up to mark. Ambiance was not at all good. Safety wise also not so great. Food was excellent. But till now i make all my bookings by your site only this was the only place i am not at all satisfied

I had booked 1 room for my mother and me to attend the marriage function in jalgaon. Venue was nearby to hotel. It made us immensely convenient to attend the function in severe heatwave. Room was neat and clean, food was good. Staff was cooperative and accepted our request of late check in and late check out. However, swimming pool was unavailable for guests as lawns was rented for marriage function by hotel management. Overall good experience.
