I and my friend were on a trip to Ayodhya and our room was booked for 26 Jan 25 at Pari residency ayodhya.I received a call from the hotel staff and was asked for timing of my arrival.I informed him that due to change in travel plan due to train non-availability, we would be reaching the hotel at 0300hrs on 27 Jan 25. I also contacted on the number of hotel staff give on make my trip app at around 2200 hrs on 26 Jan 25 which was switched off .
when I reached hotel at 0345 hrs on 27 Jan 25, it was really tough to find the hotel with the name given on your app. Some how we managed to to reach the hotel. It took half hour for the staff to open the gate. when he opened the the gate to our shock he told us that there is no such booking in our name. On showing the receipt of hotel booking he told that my hotel name is not pari residency. When we told that your hotel staff has called us and confirmed our arrival time, he reasoned that the said staff has been removed from his hotel. He has not provided us any room we had no other open then to sit on sofa till 0645 hrs.After our consistent emphasize of our booking he had provided us a room only for half hour for getting refreshed.
we had paid full payment to hotel, but no room was provided to us and the room booked by us was practically given to some other person by hotel owner.
Kindly strict action may be taken against such hotel owner who breach the booking term after getting full payment before hand.
Further, the amount paid by me for hotel booking may be refunded at the earliest as I have not been provided hotel room as promised at the time of booking on your app.
