Worst experience ever. Provided smaller room then what was booked. Raised issue with MMt aervice team as well hut the horrible customer service team belongs to MMT. No refund of the diference amount. ACs not working, no TV, kettles and so many other things at the hotel but shown on MMT app while booking. We had to literally go to the reception every time to get things. Rooms changed but ACs kept getting issues

I had an overnight stay at OM Hotel, as I had an exam center in the Narnaul town. Rooms were spacious, AC was working and washroom had running water. That's all about the good part. Breakfast service was pathetic as they first declined to serve it, stating that it's not included in booking. When I showed them the MMT booking screen shot, they agreed and served 2 sub-standard paratha's with dahi, no tea, though we specifically asked for it. Washroom and rooms were clean but windows were very dirty. I think, there are better alternatives in the town.

Last stage feel bad, even after intimation as well as luggage present in room allocated to me, my luggage without my consent collected at reception at checkout time. It's not feel good for me.
