I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the hotel management's handling of my booking on August 15, 2024. I had reserved two rooms at 5:10 PM on the same day and paid Upon arriving at the hotel in Village Panhala, District Kolhapur, at 9:30 PM, I was informed by the manager that there were no rooms available despite my confirmed booking. This caused significant inconvenience and disappointment for me. I have received an alternative accommodation offer from them on August 15th at a different property. They have requested that I stay there until they can move me to their property on the next available date. I have no other option as I am traveling with my family. However, the offered room is congested and does not meet our requirements as previously communicated. Subsequently, on August 16, 2024, I was relocated to the same hotel and provided rooms 33 and 34. However, these rooms were not properly maintained, and the door locks were malfunctioning. Despite repeated requests to the manager, the issue was not resolved. I am deeply dissatisfied with the service provided by the hotel management and the booking agency.
