So bad nd horrible experience regarding food, amenities & Services. Only location is good. Except location everything was so sad nd bad. First time we was stay in such type of bad nd dirty hotel. Staff behaviour was so rough especially who booked room online. So dirty bathroom, shortage of water supply. In 16 hrs. about 6 to 7 times electric supply inturupted. Main wooden door was of so poor quality. Napkin was kept of so old period nd dirty. A lots of demerits which can't explain here in details. Horrible food, all are waisted. Now last time. Mr. Make my trip, You should unlisted this hotel from ur online booking.

Very bad experience to stay in hotel mona, room services is not good, ac was not working, tv are not working, hotel manager change my room two times but problem was not solved.

Mr. Surjeet is one man solution to all problems. However, the single room is on 3rd floor which is quite an excercise which is good for knee joints and cardio.

Room and bathroom were good, spacious and clean. At first room was not ready for us when we checked-in. But after that they cleaned it very well. Staff was very helpful and fulfilled every request of ours. I would surely recommend to my friends and family.
