Poor room service

The styay was okay, but service was not prompt, shower gel were less, had to ask why ac was switched off, folks managing should have told all the things before we checked in!

Does not deserve a 4 star rating

Our stay at metteyye residency was horrible. There were problems every where. Tv and ac were not functioning. Hot water was not available timely. Food was not upto the mark. Service was very slow. They don't have proper restaurant. Banquet hall in the basement is used as restaurant. They had some booking in banquet so they made our arrangement for breakfast elsewhere which was again in the basement area without any ventilation. They asked for dinner order at 5:15 p. M. If we wanted to have dinner at 8 p. M. All in all it was beyond terrible. The only good thing was they helped us with going to a hospital when we needed it.

Good staff, clean property. Worth staying in that location
