Hotel staff taken advantage and due to Make my trip booking they have given poor quality room. after given complaint they have changed the room. even that is not that much better but manageable.

I have been to this hotel twice before. This is the best hotel in Bidar, situated on the highways towards Nanded. It's big property with a lush green lawn, lobby area is also wide spread, rooms and bathrooms are spacious, passages and staircases are also spacious. Breakfast spread is good, decent with more veg varieties. Food quality is also good, in room dining services are prompt. Rooms have AC & big size TVs with Airtel connection. Overall a great stay, suited for family.

Pro: Property is good. Spacious rooms and good room fixtures. Beautiful lobby decoration and pool side Bad: Room view (117) is pathetic. Toiletary was never changed. Room will be cleaned once you ask them. The staircases are dark even in day time. And the most critical is food. Not tasty at all (told chef in person). Almost daily same menu in breakfast (poori sabzi, idli, poha...). They keep a pantha on display (that I came to know at check out) and if guest asks, they will make it fresh. Now how will guest imagine this is parantha on display and he has to order it. Day two: ehen I have taken my breakfast a girl asks if I would like to have a dosa!?

What really made our stay were the excellent staff who went out of their way to help us. Particularly soumya on reception and bhavitha in the restaurant who were amazing.

Huge area with ample parking, lush green lawn for outdoor activities, seeming pool, separate veg & non veg restaurants, rooms are really very big, spacious, clean rooms. Breakfast spread is reasonably good spread. They could add at least one more non-veg item apart from eggs. Staffs are very good, always helping attitude, well mannered. Overall value for money.
