Not good host is good, but the services are not

One of my worst experiences. Firstly, when i inquired about this property before booking this property the agent got confused & shared incorrect information. I was traveling with a 2 year old baby & because of this confusion my baby was left unfed for almost 5 hours as there was no means to get food or warm up milk. Secondly, there was a leak in the jacuzzi so the water got drained out of it within half an hour & as it was raining we were in the room itself later when i asked the property caretaker to add more water he said we cannot do it as water with a jacuzzi can be used only once in the stay. He asked me to check with dish a the property manager however even after multiple attempts to reach her she didn't answer the call. Furthermore, i was informed that i can use the pool which is a part of the property however on arrival i got to know that the pool is part of the private villa so i can't use it, i requested dish a to help me on this as i didn't pay this huge chunk of money just for a room which has no privacy & a jacuzzi which was leaking for which she asked me the use the pool for my baby which was stinking & had chunks of vomit because of the previous use. It was not less than a nightmare. The water bottle had fungal deposits on the edges

Its was very cozy and the jacuzzi was a +1 for me enjoyed alot would surely visit again in rainy season
