Subject: Urgent Complaint – Worst Stay Experience via MakeMyTrip We booked a stay for 13 people , expecting a smooth and reliable experience. Unfortunately, we faced several serious issues upon arrival: 1. We had booked for 13 people after thoroughly checking the listing, but at the property, we were told they cannot accommodate all of us. We were forced to book extra rooms on the spot. The caretaker blamed the manager, saying it was a booking issue. 2. We were told not to wear shoes or chappals inside the rooms and to leave them at the entrance of the building. This rule was unexpected and not mentioned beforehand. 3. The caretaker and an elderly man at the property were very rude and yelled at us without reason. The behavior was highly disrespectful. 4. The caretaker’s behavior towards the women in our group made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable. We were scared to even bathe or sleep properly. 5. The washrooms were in terrible condition – extremely dirty and unhygienic. There were no basic amenities like drinking water, tissues, or even soap. 5. The caretaker started asking us how much we paid, whether we received a discount, and even demanded to see our invoice. This is completely unprofessional and unethical. This was by far the worst stay experience we’ve ever had.

We booked an AC room, checked-in after 8 pm, and the next morning at 6 am they switched off the AC. while we ask about it they answered the AC is set to be off by 6am. They have switch control for AC and will only if they want. we check-out after 12 pm not able to stay inside. Even the fan speed is not enough to stay inside.very stingy people.
