Host Pratik himself is an owner who is receptive to your every needs and makes it available to you as needed. Even his wife contributes to hosting the guests with extreme polite and humble nature. They both are very caring with great hospitality. Rooms are clean, well built, comfortable, air conditioned. Extra clean bedsheets, blankets provided in room itself. Within the villa premises even with infant with us we felt extremely safe. Place is situated at a prime location nearest to kihim beach, easy to navigate. We were provided with both villa’s hence there was no one other than our family in the premises.

Stay was very comfortable and care taker was very helpful. In makemytrip booking, it was showing booking for 2 rooms but mmt booked 1 room only. Care taker showed us the booking details and it was 1 room booking only. Makemytrip completely messed out bookings. Double sure with care taker post your bookings
