Review Of Legacy Resort

I booked a tent stay at this property, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The location itself is decent, and the setup could have been enjoyable, but the major issue was with the environment and lack of control over noise. At night, four groups of people nearby started drinking and making noise until around 2 AM. It became impossible to sleep, and despite waiting for things to calm down, Because of this, I couldn’t enjoy the stay at all. I would strongly suggest the property management take better measures to ensure guest safety and comfort—especially in a place meant for rest and relaxation. Without proper monitoring and rules enforcement, the amenities and location don’t matter much.

This resort is half hearted unfinished construction. Maintenance is very poor. Entry door hinge of room no. 103 is in broken condition. Tv was not working, even after reporting on first day. No phone in the room to contact reception and kitchen. Bathroom exhaust fan was ineffective, because it has opening on both sides. Seepage from roof. Dressing mirror was missing. No ac. No ceiling fan. Only one wall fan. Outside maintenance is very poor.
