Nice hotel Nice Hotel, but staff is also nice But they have to improve the best service in the reception and property

Had a great expeirence and enjoyed the excellent service during our stay and the staffs wer very polite and accomodating

Room is looking good but congested place . Not hygiene. Full dust . No room service . No kettle and no heater , no handwash , tissue papers . Not convenient room . Average room . No big mirror . So not even having basic facilities. No food service . High price for this , only room bathroom is good .

Totally money minded hotel, booked hotel but they are not providing only benefits to direct booking

Near and clean property. However the restaurant for breakfast is tidy. This can improve. But overall value for money

No water bottle provided, bed was not comfortable noise is there on the bed while sitting and turning

Not value for the money spent. Amenities are not that much good. No kettle, no hair dryer, no water jug, no tea sachets

it was a below average stay. mosquitoes in the room. uncomfortable bed and dirty linen. not. easy to differentiate between clean and. dirty towels. limited food options.

Things were okay. But, the toilet seat was broken. The bedsheets had stains and not great overall. No nightstand near bed eventhough there were plugpoints for charging. Staff were courteous.

Kani residency breakfast not worth they provided idle & dos a only not provided egg. Not worthy this price.

Decent hotel within city limit. Staffs are very helpful and ready for any support needed. Recommended.

Decent stay with good veg n non veg restaurants, nice staff, property is bit old and need to be careful with maintenance n house keeping.

Excellent hospitality. I would like to thank the hotel gm for guiding me and arranging all my requirements. The entire kani residency team has given me a warm welcome with their smiles. I was really impressed by the way their hospitality was. The room is very neat and clean. Try a roof top restaurant with yummy taste briyani and non veg items. Overall i highly recommend it to everyone.

Very less parking, like 8 parking for entire hotel and people comes for dining also park in the same if it is full you need to park your car out side

Overall good stay and food quality is good. Hygiene of the hotel area is good. Bedsheet and towel was not washed properly.

The property is located in the centre of the town on one of the main thoroughfares. Did experience the breakfast of the hotel which was vegetarian and good. Amenities at the hotel are good and cleanliness and hygiene being well kept.

Very clean and well equipped and safe also. Great service and the food was awesome. Nice experience
