no proper check in,room allocation .I think hotel did not treated well .Room was not proper

Very poor service, hygiene was a concern, i requested for room sleepers. After haven g called reception twice, & house keeping once after a gap of 25 mins the room sleepers did arrive very dirty, yellow & black both were from different pairs the guy was holding in his hands & wanted to hand them into my hands i asked him to drop them on the floor. The site of the sleeper was terribly dirty & made me feel bad inside I am a frequent traveler & the feelings i went through was similar to the public toilet in open spaces for urinal.

Room was neat n tidy Staff was polite Didn't taste the food, so can't comment on that Enough parking space Within city limits, close to city mall Overall it was nice ...... 👍. Sorry, didn't click any pics

Hotel stay good, only issue is with interiors phone in room was not working even highlighted it is not replaced or repaired food was good but little expensive

Rooms are very small. They are not clean properly. Washrooms taps are not not working properly. Overall the hotel rooms conditions are bad in shape

Room as well as wash room wasn’t good and hence i requested them to change it then they did the same but on extra charge

The room was below average. While the essentials like bed, basin and toilet was clean, the room had a strange smell, the walls were dirty, the tv remote was not working, the toilet wall tiles and roof were not clean. The food is only available till 10:30 in the evening, i had to order pizza from outside, they didn’t even provide cutlery after 11. The breakfast is a joke, they charged 500 for 2 people and one can only order one dish for each person with tea and coffee. The breakfast we ordered could have been ordered from menu itself and would have costed rs. 515. It used to be a good hotel, not anymore.

Hotel is easily approachable, good hospitality, nice clean rooms with tasty food with wide variety of choices to choose from.

The staff and hotel is good for stay. The food is good.

Bad breakfast, very noisy and not having value for money, very costly compare to service.
