Room not so good ok ok service is good limited food option.

Property location was ok, service as well as food was also good but in washroom there were cockroaches and mosquito available. Also condition of washroom needs like towel were so poor.

Very bad experience they are charging 2500- for super deluxe room. But room was like a 600- lounge or dharamshala. Insects on the bed. Cleaning not upto the mark. They are giving only a bed with insects and a tv with 4 chennels in 2500- seriously

Good hotel for stay, on road hotel, food is also good i'm really like the staff behavior which one also so coprative

Room was not clean and bedsheet was stained. Washroom was too smelly so i had to checkout early all over not so good experience

I booked stay at iris hotel for my 3 collogues but rooms were very unhygienic and kitchen also my collogues saw several insects and cockroaches in their room staff was killing them using their chappals we asked for refund as we had paid them big amount and we received our refund

Was meant to be a transit halt and stay was ok from the point. The bed linen and mattress quality could be better. The hotel was stocked out on toilet rolls. No electric iron available either with housekeeping. Early breakfast request at 6. 30 was denied as k itched opens only at 7

The location of hotel is good but choose other near by hotels
I booked this hotel with my wife and child. I have to check out in an hour and booked another near by hotel. The reason was the safety issue. The room allocated to us was next to group of boys who was drinking and smoking. We request at reception to allocate the room in another floor and their reply was that in all the floors only company bachelors are staying and you will face same problem in every floor so we as a family feel unsafe and decided to check out the hotel and booked the near by hotel so bachelors can enjoy the drink and smoke here but i will advise families to avoid this hotel

Need to arrange room heater or blowers at winter time

Good food and services at Iris

Don't understand why some hoteliers mention TV but when you switch on only free to air channels are shown. In such a competitive world such a saving would make hoteliers lose customer.

It was good stay at Hotel. Staff is co-operative and polite.

Great customer service. Quick room service with good gesture. Breakfast quality is average. Need improvement in breakfast. Starters, deserts were good.

It was a nice and clean Hotel. Very easy to find and locate it.

Rooms were shabby and dingy, there were stains all over wall, linens were old and worn out. Food not all good, complementary breakfast was a sham.
