Very good Hotel. Food quality is good. Front Desk staff behaved well. Cleaniness is outstanding. Overall outstanding.

Location is excellent,everything is nearby.but in bathroom spider webs are there.average stay -2 star room

Hotel was centrally located besides Tawang heights hotel. Food was nice and homely. Amenities like heater, geyser were up to the mark. Behavior of staff and especially manager was nice and friendly.

It was a pleasant stay. Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, location of the hotel was really good. Transportation facility was good as well. Will surely visit again. The rooms had heater which was very much needed. Room service was also really good.

Position is good. The hotel employee Mr. Shering is very helpful. Their arrangement for Bum la and Madhuri Lake is excellent.

Had a very bad experience in this hotel, firstly i booked from makemytrip for 10th to 12th inclusive breakfast, on 10th at 6 pm when i reached the hotel after much searching the hotel informed me that they made a pricing mistake for which i booked a lower price. They asked me to give extra (700*2)money i told them that when i check out i will adjust some amount extra, next morning when i asked about breakfast they said they can't provide breakfast as my booking is less amount, i told them no fault of mine but they didn't provide me breakfast. The worst thing is that it is impossible to stay without a room heater in this cold weather, they were intentionally turning off the room heater from outside for two to three hours. Shouldn't be booked here unless absolutely desperate the location is very high from the proper market, there is no communication, you have to walk at least 15 minutes on the hilly road, the food quality is very bad rooms are good
