Service not good, amenities not proper and property location sirching in deficalt

Don’t be fooled by the name – this is a lodge, not a hotel. Located in a chaotic city center, driving was a nightmare. Parking was a disaster – far from the lodge, no direct lift, and we were blocked by a water tanker for 25 minutes, making us late for a function. No in-house restaurant; had to order from outside. The photos online are completely misleading. Thank god I stayed only one night. Totally disappointed and will never recommend this place to anyone.

Location is fine but food is not good service is very slow and not upto the mark. Early check in charge is not acceptable for a business traveler as most of the business travelers tend to reach early morning to get a rest of atleast 2 hours before they go to work at local office at 9. 30 am room rent is more compared to the size and amenities

This hotel is not 3 star it’s just 1 star hotel

Had a good stay at sudarshan palace, room was neat and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is also very good.

No amenities, ok for a night stay, location is good, no dining available need to go to adjacent restaurant, hygiene could have been better, supportive staff.

Charged 560 extra for early checkin. Though i had mentioned complimentary early check in

Breakfast includes only one complementary item. Also the towels were not that good

Hotel location is good. Room provided was in shabby condition. Air conditioner wasn't working at all. Even a glass for drinking water is not provided even after we asked till we vacated room. Kettle was just a show piece no tea/coffee pouches kept. Hotel doesn't have their own restaurant they provide tea/food from nearby restaurants which is time consuming. Stay was absolutely disappointing.

Very bad experience, bed was not clean, and no restaurant available in hotel, also in morning no hot water available, and no any breakfast provided which was included in booking. Very bad experience. Waste of money.
