Review Of Hotel Starline

Need Improvement when I saw online rating but service quality is not so good.

It was our first visit to Agartala and we had an amazing experience staying here for few days in starline Hotel. The food here is ok and the staffs of starline Hotel are helpful and friendly, they even arrange a new room in the mid night because of some technical issues and very cooperative. One good thing about starline Hotel is the perfect location, we could walk and explore the palace and too some shopping also. And lastly I wish starline Hotel a very successful journey ahead.

room is not updated like that 1990.bad smell comes from room.room space so small.tawal , bad sheet , not clean .....smell comes ...from that .....overall not satisfied.

I would strongly suggest not staying at this property, very poor service & dirty rooms as well. Only a single person is doing everything for all the rooms. The restaurant & menu is only for maintaining a guideline, there was no food at the restaurant, they start preparing only after getting the order & it takes a long time. AC was not working, broken locks, bad smell, insects.

Budget Hotel in great location. cleanliness is an issue. At night time after 10:30 to morning 9 a. m. not any staff present in the hotel. Full marks for location but fair rated in amenities offer.

everything is good but the entrance is a little more dirty and one more thing restaurant items price is very costly

The stay is pleasant The room was clean Location is best Staff was helpful. Helped in booking local auto for Railway Station Various important places nearby

Room service was slow, they don't have remotes for the room acs. I asked to provide a remote but the receptionists were arguing instead of provide the facility. There is a lack of professionalism in the management.

Single Room Doesn’t have western toilet, later on he upgraded me to a double occupancy but the room was not clean, charging ports not working, WiFi not working.

Very nice experience. Located at a good place. Rooms are good and big. Staff behavior also very cool

Ac is remote is not available and water leakage from ac blanket is dirty and smell like hell

Worst experience of my life. The hotel didn't allow us to check in by saying that they don't have any vacant room. The staff was rude. We had to stay in another hotel which was later on arranged for us by Make My trip upon lodging our complaint with them.
