Property is good but not maintaining hygiene, conchroches are moving on everywhere. Rooms are dirty. AVOID TO STAY HERE

Hi Team, This morning I checked into Hotel Sritara Grand. From the step in the hotel, I faced so many issues like 1. They are not ready to give room 2. They are asking that I should pay advance 3. The Hotel Room is full of cockroaches 4. No water in the toilet 5. No bathroom for bathing 6. Fully unhygienic 7. Hotel staff fully drank. Due to all these reasons, I left the hotel. Please look into this and do the return process as discussed with the Executive.

Dear Team , I am a frequent traveler and usually rely on your app for hotel bookings. However, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I stayed in Room No. 303, and there was no room key provided during my stay. I kindly request you to verify this with your field team. The hotel looked good , but the reality was far from what was promised. The room was in poor condition, and despite my repeated requests, the hotel staff did not take any action. They claimed to treat customers as gods, yet they ignored intercom calls and failed to respond even when I asked for basic room cleaning. In addition, I had booked a package that included breakfast, for which I paid in advance. Unfortunately, no breakfast was provided, and the hotel staff offered no explanation or apology. I also tried reaching your support team by phone, but was unable to get through. I’ve attached photos of the room to support my complaint. Based on the ground reality, I do not believe the money I paid was worth the experience I received. I sincerely request that you look into this matter and process a refund or provide suitable compensation. Looking forward to your prompt response.

Had gone for a short stay. Location is good. Very courteous service. Budget stay. Maintenance can be substantially improved. Bed covers and pillows seem stained and old, and not looking fresh.

we stayed for one day there, bedsheets are not so clean, washroom is dirty too. But staff are good though.

The room cleanliness was pathetic. Full of cockroach and dirty bathrooms. This rooms are not at all advisable for such high rates.

It seems to be new hotel and outlook is good. I opted for suit room. Not so big but fine - the cleanliness in bath room is worst - wash basin is ridiculous. Not at all meeting suit room standards.

Not in clean stage very poor maintenance

We faced a lot of difficulties during the stay. The photographs of the property available are different from actual. Nothing is provided as complementary. Not even breakfast. The rooms are shabby, small and not cleaned. The bathrooms were too small, one can't take a proper bath in the available space. Additionally, they are not providing a gst bill. After many phone calls, they provide the bill which is less by rs. than what i actually paid . Not recommended for stay

Very good pleasant stay and food was very good

The location is good, ample options for transportation, peacefully and very helpful staff.

Good Hotel, compact but nice rooms, good food and nice service and people.

Bathroom was very small. Cleaning is not proper. Breakfast is not available

Good less time to deliver order

Hotel Sritara Grand AC-welcome by front office staff was wonderful, though food supply is average but to compensate it they bring food from outside as per demand. Hotel is safe for stay specially if it is with family. Hotel must take care in house keeping as this part of hotel is really poor. Over all I will recommend positive for this hotel.

Rooms are to small, conjugated and not value for money. Bathroom and rooms not clean properly.

The Hotel room service is very poor. People do not respond in time. The intercom was also out of order most of the time. The rooms are ok but there was tremendous noise in the fan of my room. Nothing they could do to reduce the noise, instead they told to use the air conditioner. They do not have breakfast service here and only on ordering they bring it from outside. Takes 30-45 mins time. Only local tv channels are available and very few paid channels are available in the television. This Hotel needs A lot of improvement in terms of service and hospitality. Location is ok considering this factor people are staying as there are no other options here.

Every thing good. Food at Hotel in the room services.

I booked for double room and was shocked to See such small rooms where even one person was difficult to stay.
