Review Of Hotel Shree Mata Sadan Amarkantak

Location was good. The view was very beautiful and there was a lake by the hotel. But, the room was very poorly maintained.. There was a terrible smell in the room and the mattress was torn. The staff was good and tried to help but still room was not good. There was also no ventilation in the room.

The experience was too bad. housekeeping was worst, the basic facilities like towel , toilet soap were not provided, AC is only for show, inspite of paying the charges for ac deluxe room. In our two night stay , neither the rooms were cleaned nor the bedsheet were changed.

Due to high alttitude and remote place... facility is to be considered good.... not expect hyfy facility... but never the less.. good.... much improve ment is required....

We arrived late in the evening, and the receptionist responsible for the late shift was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her body language, tone and facial expressions were terrible. I will ensure that none of my family or friends ever stay at this hotel.

it's a good place to stay, rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean. it's somewhat between a 3 star hotel and Dharamshala but better' version from a cleanliness point of view and near to the main Amarkantak mandir.

Excellent location, good food but very costly, service satisfactory, staffs are polite, amenities average, room is not clean & not properly maintained, dirty bedsheet, unhygienic washroom having no exhaust fan. Lawn & outside look is attractive, enough car parking space. Over priced budget hotel. Score 6/10.

Good location, polite staff, food average, crockery very bad, toilet seat very dirty. It seems no body supervises the rooms.

The hotel has a beautiful like view, quiet surroundings and a courteous staff all of which made my stay very comfortable.

Every thing was fine. Location, ambience was great. Hotel staff were very helpful. Only food price was a bit high.

I have been told that hotel don't have cloth racks) wardrobe, water sometimes at times muddy on average 2 a day in my 6 days of stay with them.

Room was not clean and the bedsheet was dirty have stains on it and shower is broken, lizard in the room.

There is not available food service. This is a big problem. And according to service this is over value.

Views from the hotel is really great, atmosphere around the venue is something less everyone need to experience once.

The hotel is well situated, close to narmada kund, mandir and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again. Excellent location pleasant stay. Great service, friendly staff. Good value for the money. Breakfast was delicious. Very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Nice hotel, food options are less but test is good, view is awesome from the hotel. Over all good experience, only tv of our room were not working
