Sir I understand why you are angry because you have to wait 2 hours for room, but it's not our mistake because you never informed us that you are coming 6 am but we did gave you room at 8 am that's the best we could do as you know yourself the hotel was full that time.
Good stay in a good hotel with very good manager
Stayed for 4 days. Owner of hotel is a nice person and food of the hotel is also good.

Terrible Stay
Bad experience. No lift service. Had to climb 3rd floor by steps. No water available in washroom. Rooms and lobby maintained badly. Very bad ambience. Would not prefer to visit again.

Hello sir, first of all apologies for lift problem but other complainants are totally fake because you were angry that we didn't allowed you to stay after written checkout time so where are we wrong, sir even we don't want customers like you who are totally selfish because when you came we gave you room before time and you want to checkout very late as per your convenience but think about other customers too when you checked out late they were waiting in the lobby Am I right sir? So I really don't look after fake complaints
