Property location was good and it was very convenient to travel to sringeri as well as Agumbe The owner of the property is a very gentleman only one thing needs to improve some cleanliness

Caretaker is worst and nobody is present in property, no power and no cleanliness. MMT should cancel this property from their list.

Room was full of dust and web along with few lizards! myself and my daughter caught up dust allergy! toilet door lock was not there! no extra pillow if you need! totally very bad condition lodge!

Owner was kind but the rooms could have been more cleaner, fan filled with dust, washroom was not clean and broken pipe. Overall, it was good place to sleep but can be much better if it were slightly cleaner.
